Tesheen founded Signant Tax to fill a gap he saw in the market: expert tax dispute support delivered with clarity, discretion, and true personal commitment.
Tesheen began his career at HMRC, where he qualified as a Senior Tax Inspector and led enquiries within high-profile teams including Large Business, Mid-Size Business, and Counter-Avoidance. His deep knowledge of HMRC strategy gives clients a crucial edge when navigating tax challenges.
He then moved into private practice, leading the Tax Disputes & Governance team at a Big Four firm in the Midlands. His portfolio ranged from multinational groups to family owned business and private individuals, providing hands-on guidance through complex investigations, disclosures, and litigation support.
Today, Tesheen is known for his measured, clear-headed approach, his ability to simplify complexity, and for always putting his clients' interests first.
